• One face-to-face planning meeting (within 30 days of the wedding)
• Scheduled phone & email consultations
• Wedding day coordination (up to 12 hours)
• One lead planner and one assistant
• Décor setup (guest book, cake table, menus, place cards, favors, etc.)
• Timeline management (client-provided)
• Vendor management from arrival to breakdown
• Distribution of vendor payments and gratuities
• Ceremony coordination
  (Rehearsal not included unless held the same day)
• Reception flow guidance for the newlyweds
• Return of personal décor and gifts at the conclusion of the event
