KingZ Kid Enterprise LLC: Privacy & Data Security Policy

1. Data Collection & Square Processing

We collect only the data necessary to fulfill your contract.

• Payments: We utilize Square for all financial transactions. Square’s PCI-compliant environment handles all credit card data; KingZ Kid Enterprise LLC does not store “raw” financial records on its own servers.
• Consultation Privacy: Notes taken during paid consultations are stored in a secure CRM and are not shared with third-party marketers.

2. Biometric & AI Disclosure (Illinois BIPA 2026)

If the website or event technology utilizes any AI filters or facial scanning (e.g., for virtual previews or guest photos):

• Consent: Use of such features constitutes “Written Consent” for temporary processing of facial geometry.
• Retention: No biometric data is stored after the rendering of the digital file. Data is destroyed within 24 hours of the event.

3. SMS & Telecommunications (TCPA)

By providing your number, you agree to receive automated service alerts (delivery windows, booking confirmations).

• Frequency: Alerts are transactional. Marketing texts require a separate opt-in.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time.

4. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

• Indefinite Retention: We retain customer profiles to facilitate future bookings and professional records.
• Deletion Requests: Clients may request a “Right to be Forgotten” by emailing Events@KingzKidEnterprise.com.
• Logistics Exception: We cannot delete data held by third-party carriers (UPS/FedEx) or Square, which are governed by their own privacy policies.
