Professional Terms of Service

KingZ Kid Enterprise LLC: Professional Terms of Service

All services, including event rentals, planning, and paid consultations, are provided by The KingZ Kid Enterprise LLC (the “Company”).

Legal Age: By booking, the Client certifies they are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this binding contract.

Non-Refundable Retainer: A retainer is required to secure services/inventory. This is a “Reservation Fee” that compensates the Company for the loss of opportunity to book other clients. It is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Paid Consultations: Fees for consultations are for professional time rendered. If a Client is a “no-show” or cancels within 24 hours, the fee is forfeited.
Late Fees & Collections: Balances not paid by the deadline (7–14 days prior to event) incur a fee of $50 or 10% (whichever is greater). Company reserves the right to pursue collection actions, and the Client shall be responsible for all legal and collection fees.
Chargeback Policy: Client agrees that they will not initiate a “chargeback” with their bank for any retainer or completed service. Any dispute must be resolved directly with the Company.

Custody & Control: Responsibility for equipment begins the moment of delivery and ends only upon physical pickup by the Company.
Replacement Value: “Market Value” is determined by the Company based on current procurement costs, including shipping and assembly.
The “Lien” Clause: Company reserves the right to hold any Client property or refuse further service until outstanding damage fees are settled.

Absolute Waiver: Client acknowledges that rental equipment (tents, furniture, decor) carries inherent risks. Client agrees to Indemnify and Hold Harmless KingZ Kid Enterprise LLC from any claims of injury, including those caused by third-party negligence or improper setup by guests.
No Supervision: Unless explicitly contracted in writing, Company provides zero on-site supervision.

Ownership of Work: All frameworks, branding strategies, and consulting materials provided are the sole property of KingZ Kid Enterprise LLC. Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal/business use only.
Publicity: Unless the Client opts out in writing, the Company may use photos of the event and Client “Success Stories” for marketing, social media, and portfolios.

Total Forfeiture: Cancellations by the Client result in total forfeiture of all funds paid.
Act of God: If a Force Majeure event occurs, the Company’s liability is limited to providing a credit for a future date within 12 months. No cash refunds will be issued.

As-Is Platform: The website and Square booking integration are provided “as-is.” G&U Studios and the Company are not liable for lost profits, missed bookings, or consequential damages resulting from technical downtime, software bugs, or incorrect inventory displays.
Developer Firewall: G&U Studios is a technical service provider and is not a party to any rental or consulting contract between the Client and KingZ Kid Enterprise LLC.
